We sell the Pothole Damage Claim Pack — a digital download comprising six Word document templates and guides to assist you in making a pothole damage compensation claim against a UK highway authority.

Price: £35.00 (inclusive of any applicable VAT).
We make no guarantee that use of our documents will result in a successful claim or any particular outcome. Success depends on the specific facts of your case, your local council's policies, and other factors outside our control.
Orders are placed and payments processed through our secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your payment card details.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provide at checkout. Please keep this as proof of purchase.
Our product is a digital download. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. The documents are typically available within minutes of purchase.
If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@potholerefund.co.uk with your order number.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract (including online purchases) without giving any reason.
However, this right to cancel does not apply to digital content once you have started downloading it, provided that:
By completing your purchase and downloading the documents, you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your 14-day statutory right to cancel is lost upon download.
This does not affect your rights under our separate Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 7) or your statutory rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
We stand behind our product. If the documents you receive are not as described on our website — for example, if files are corrupted, missing, or substantially different from what is advertised — we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@potholerefund.co.uk within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please note: a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of your claim against your council, does not qualify for a refund under this guarantee.
All content, documents, text, and materials included in the Claim Pack and on this website are owned by or licensed to PotholeRefund.co.uk and protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use the documents for your own pothole damage claim. You may not:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PotholeRefund.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our documents or website, including but not limited to: loss of claim, loss of earnings, or any adverse legal outcome.
Our total liability to you in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product (£35).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
If you have a complaint about our product or service, please contact us first at support@potholerefund.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them promptly and fairly.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) or seek alternative dispute resolution through a certified ADR provider.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
